How much does a new furnace or AC cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the efficiency you want, and whether any ductwork or electrical has to change. We won't quote a system over the phone. After a real Manual J load calculation we hand you a fixed, written price (three itemized options, with the monthly payment printed next to each), so you see the number before anything gets ordered.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
Quick rule of thumb: multiply the system's age by the repair cost. Past about $5,000 the repair stops paying for itself, and anything over 15–20 years old with rising bills or repeat breakdowns is usually better replaced than patched. Try the fix-or-replace tool above for a baseline. And if it isn't worth replacing yet, we'll tell you that too.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available for approved applicants, and we can start the application right at your kitchen table, so a replacement doesn't have to come out of savings all at once. Furnaces don't wait for a good month; this way the timing is your call.
How soon can you come out? Do you handle emergencies?
